Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rates Set Decline But Does Not Help Injured Workers!

Florida’s Workers’ Compensation rates are going down. In 2018, more than 500 professions saw their rates decrease. The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) has recommended a 13.4% reduction in employee compensation insurance premiums, which will take effect next year.

Unfortunately, the rate decrease only helps employers. In fact, the money “saved” is not given to injured workers by way of increased workers’ compensation benefits. Plus, the insurance companies still love to delay, deny and defend workers’ compensation claims. In fact, the workers’ compensation system is so complicated, one really needs to hire The Law Offices of Evan M. Ostfeld, P.A. to help with the process in order to protect their rights.

That is why attorney Evan M. Ostfeld, Esquire and his legal team are here to help.
