Jack Schrold has aggressively represented over 1,700 clients with a concentration on diminished value cases in Florida. Several million dollars in settlements were recovered from the at fault driver’s insurance company. Prior to this Mr. Schrold helped hundreds of prior defendants restore their civil rights and expunge arrests from public records. These people were now able to get state licenses, mortgages, run for office and vote. From 1993 – 2001 he fought for over 70,000 clients nationwide against the unfair credit reporting practices. He was the first attorney fully focus his entire practice on aiding those frustrated with a broken system.

Assisting Florida clients through the criminal seal/expunction process.  After a petition is granted the client can move forward with education opportunities, career paths in business, military and state licensing.  Convicted felons are assisted with pardon applications and civil rights restoration petitions.

Client Relations Manager-Responsibilities included new client procurement and online marketing.  Negotiations with potential joint venture partners for various asset management opportunities were done weekly. Evaluation of system trading methods and risk to reward models for all potential trader associations were conducted under my supervision.

Marketing Consultant-Provided marketing consultant services from small to medium sized companies. Services included full campaign support, local public awareness outreach efforts, event coordination, logo/graphic design and the establishment of referral partnerships with related corporations. All ancillary promotions and branding efforts were managed such as printing and specialty marketing products.  Diverse client base: auto finance, casino resort/travel, restaurants, law firms, internet start-ups and investment management companies.

March 1993-2003, Law Office of Jack Schrold, Tamarac, FL 

Managing Partner/Client Procurement and Retention- Managed the first national law firm that concentrated on defending peoples rights’ against unfair credit reporting abuses.  Established a legal framework for challenging erroneous, outdated and unverifiable items on credit bureau reports.  Personally directed all advertising campaigns and public awareness seminars.  Formulated internal client procedures and logistics to handle enormous growth that would lead to over 65,000 billable clients.  Responsibility for hiring and training 150 employees in sales and ongoing client services.  Oversaw the implementation and design of proprietary client billing and correspondence software.  Created a vast network of lead sources using viral internet strategies and offline print and television media. Successfully shifted new client procurement from direct mail to telemarketing, responsible for development of new legal defense tactics in credit restoration field, Took a leadership role in the fight for accurate credit reporting practices, Developed educational seminars and literature on personal credit and finance.

May 1992-July 2001, Schrold & Powell, Tamarac, FL

Managing Partner- Created a targeted marketing/ branding campaign in the South Florida area. Responsible for the design of marketing material and the development of an efficient lead database entry and postal delivery method that would get mailers into the hands of potential defendants in a timely fashion.  All print advertisement was unique and memorable, but still conformed to attorney regulated advertising rules. The law firm established an excellent reputation by providing affordable legal defense for clients charged with criminal and traffic matters.
